Through exploration and user interviews, we recognise the real customer problems. We start with solution design and prototyping before we implement.
Delivery
How do we optimise the product?
We develop in two-week sprints and remain agile during the development process. We manage the strategic planning of our priorities with quarterly OKRs.
Validation
Have we solved the customer's problem?
We carry out tests and analyse data to see whether we were able to solve the problem defined in the discovery. Depending on the result, we revisit the discovery and start the cycle again.
